The ingredients needed to make Quinoa Paniyaram:
Take 1 cup cooked quinoa
Take 1 cup semolina
Prepare 1/2 cup curd
Take 1 cup water
Get 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
Take to taste Salt
Prepare 1 tbsp kitchen king masala
Prepare 1 tsp eno fruit salt/ baking soda
Make ready Chopped onion,capsicum,cabbage (as needed)
Take as needed Oil
Get 1 tsp mustard seeds
Steps to make Quinoa Paniyaram:
Make a batter with slightly roasted semolina along with water & curd
Add boiled quinoa to this batter & mix well. Adjust the consistency by adding little water at a time.
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
After that season it with salt & kitchen king masala (if u dont have this handy you can use pav bhaji masala or just red chilli powder & garam masala)
Add finely chopped veggies to it & give it a good mix. Lastly add eno/baking soda for instant fermentation.
Heat up the appe/paniyaram pan with little oil & mustard seeds.
Add the batter into cavities of pan & cover & cook from both sides for about 5-7 minutes. & they are ready to be served. Enjoy 🤗
