  6. Add cheese to the top of your mix. You dont have to use sliced cheese, its just what i had. I like it a bit crispy and burnt anyways.
  7. Place cast iron in oven uncovered and bake for 20 minutes. Check at about 15 minutes to make sure biscuits are not doughy. There will be a crispy layer of eggs around the outside of the biscuits. Make sure you scrape this into your bowl when you serve it.
  8. Now you make your flour, milk and grease gravy. Make a rue with grease and flour add milk. Cook until creamy and thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Once your bake is done, smother with gravy, eat and be fat and happy
