  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp each Coriander & Cumin powder
  11. Take 1 spoon Sugar
  12. Take to taste Salt
  13. Take 3 spoons Butter
  14. Make ready as needed Water
  15. Make ready 3-4 spoons Kaju, posta & Magaj paste
  16. Get 3-4 green cardomoms
  17. Take 1 badi elaichi
  18. Take 1 inch dalchini
  19. Take 1 tejpatta

This dish is made with chicken that gets marinated in a spicy curry sauce with plain yogurt and cooked with tomatoes, spices, and more plain yogurt. This chicken tikka masala recipe is easy and delicious. Marinating the chicken in some yogurt while sautéing the onions and garlic with the spices helps both flavor the chicken, tenderize it, and help make a thicker finished. Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Masala:
  1. Take chicken in a bowl and add 1/2 spoon each Powder Garam masala, chicken masala, kitchen king,Powder Kashmiri mirch, Red mirch, turmeric, salt, 1 spoon lemon juice & 3 spoon dahi and mix well. Keep the mixture aside for 30 Minutes for marination.
  2. After marination, heat a pan with saute the marinated chicken without oil, till it becomes dry.
  3. Now roast the marinated and sauteed chicken on gas with the help of seekh.Keep the roasted chicken aside.
  4. For gravy, heat butter in a pan. Add roughly chopped onion. After 2 minutes add Ginger garlic paste and chopped tomato. Saute for 7-8 minutes. Now keep it aside 5 minutes to cool.
  5. Now make paste of sauted onion tomato by grinding.
  6. After that, heat butter in a pan. Put 3-4 chhoti elaichi, 1 badi elaichi, 1 inch dalchini and 1 tej patta. Now add onion tomato paste in pan and saute. Add all masala powder, salt to taste, sugar.
  7. Add roasted chicken & dahi in it and saute for 10 minutes.
  8. Now add water as needed and cook for 5-6 minutes on high flame.
  9. Lastly add Kaju, posta and mahaj paste. Delicious Chicken Tikka Masala is ready to serve.
