  22. Take Rest of the marinade Butter/ghee Salt

  3. Heat butter/ghee in the same skillet, and then add the chopped onion.
  4. Saute till golden brown and then add the ginger garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell goes away and then add the powdered masalas.
  5. Stir and then add the tomato puree, salt and the remaining marinade. Then add the Kasuri methi.
  6. Cook till the masala leaves oil. Add little water for the gravy.Bring upto boil and add the roasted chicken pieces.
  7. Give a good Stir, check for seasoning and serve.
