3. Put the mixture in a pan and bake for at least 30 minutes at 150 centigrade degree.
4. For the top in a small bowl put 100 grams of instant coffee and 50grm of sugar (or more depends on your preferences) and 1 or 2 tablespoon of water, mix for 4 minutes or when the coffee change the colour (amber) and the consistency is creamy.
5. When the cake is ready and cold, decorate with the coffee cream and the fruit of your preferences.
